Introduction to KZS Axial Flow Fan
Main performance indicators of KZS axial flow fan:
Airflow: 216 m ³/s in the early stage and 250 m ³/s in the later stage
Wind pressure: 3100Pa in the early stage and 4220 Pa in the later stage
Total pressure efficiency: ≥ 80%

Main structural characteristics and technology of KZS axial flow fan:
(1) The AGF606 fan was used to replace the old fan while keeping the original ventilation ducts and the civil foundation structure of the computer room unchanged.
(2) The fan blades are made of high-strength forged aluminum alloy and processed into shape using aircraft engine blade technology. Compared with cast aluminum blades, forged aluminum blades have denser material, better strength, and lighter weight, thereby improving the safety and reliability of fan operation. In addition, the surface of forged aluminum blades is polished to achieve high smoothness, minimal airflow loss, low noise, and significantly improved fan efficiency. Using 6 specially designed high-strength bolts, fix the moving blade on the steel stem and tighten it with the commonly used locking wire method in aviation products. This connection method is easy to disassemble and assemble, safe and reliable.
(3) The strength analysis and calculation of four different structural schemes of the wind turbine disc were carried out using the dedicated strength calculation program for aircraft engine design (IDEAS), and the processability and economy of each scheme were comprehensively considered. Finally, a steel welding structure was selected. Compared with castings, the disc of the welding structure has better processing technology, shorter production cycle, lighter weight, and smaller rotational inertia. After appropriate processing, it has good rigidity. The threaded connection with locking mechanism is used between the blade stem and the disc, which not only ensures the safe and reliable operation of the fan, but also facilitates the disassembly, inspection, and replacement of the moving blades.
(4) The bearing box of the fan adopts an integral structure made of ductile iron, which is fixed on two supports in the lower half of the main air duct with 16 bolts. The box is equipped with four wear-resistant imported rolling bearings, which are used to support the fan rotor and bear the load respectively
